3. Oradea Regional Food Bank – "EDU PLAY BUS" In 2024, the EDU PLAY BUS project came to life, supported by PENNY Romania, with a significant impact among students in Bihor, Maramureș and Cluj counties, actively contributing to sustainability education. With an innovative mobile educational escape room concept, in 2024 the thematic bus reached 12 schools (172 classes) in 6 localities, offering a generation of 3 398 children the opportunity to learn through play about protecting natural resources. The interactive, technology-based and collaborative activities stimulated critical thinking and environmental responsibility, reinforcing PENNY's commitment to sustainable development and community involvement. This educational approach was extended to the parking lots of PENNY stores, demonstrating the versatility and relevance of the project in various social contexts. 4. Association for Values in Education (AVE) – Program for the Transformation of Schools in Romania We have entered a strategic partnership with the Association for Values in Education (AVE), an organization that aims to transform the Romanian education system and bring it into the top 10 in Europe by 2035. We supported the School Transformation Program, focused on developing students' literacy, digital and socio-emotional skills, but also on the training of teachers and management teams. The program was implemented in 100 schools, involving 18 204 students and 2 305 teachers, with the support of 206 educational analysts and 13 coaches for executive teams. The directors benefited from training in leadership and strategic planning, contributing to a clear direction of institutional development.
