Favorable environment for the child's development 1. EcoAssist Association – "Planting good deeds" In 2024 we strengthened our partnership with the EcoAssist Association, a nongovernmental organization actively involved in protecting the environment and promoting a responsible attitude towards nature. By supporting the national initiative "Planting good deeds in Romania", we have contributed to the afforestation of degraded public lands, mobilizing volunteers and local communities together with our colleagues from several counties. As part of these actions, we participated in plantings in the localities of Băicoi (Prahova County) and Boboc (Buzau County), supporting efforts to improve air quality and preserve biodiversity. 2. Grivița 53 Cultural Association – "The First Post-Communist Independent Theatre" In 2024, we joined the initiative of the Grivița 53 Cultural Association (G53), which continues the process of building the first independent theater in Romania, financed exclusively by private funds. This ambitious cultural project, founded by director Chris Simion-Mercurian, aims to revitalize the Grivița area of Bucharest by creating a modern space for artists and lovers of independent art. Through our support, G53 has benefited from additional resources that will contribute to the development of cultural infrastructure, providing artists, theatre companies, young creators and the general public with access to innovative productions, workshops, artistic residencies and educational programs. Our involvement supports cultural diversity and the training of new generations of artists. 3. Danone Romania - “Healthy in an E.G.A.L. way” We joined the “Healthy in an E.G.A.L. way” project by providing material support to participants, complementing the educational component with product baskets for families in the Babadag and Lupeni communities. The project was initiated by Danone Romania, in partnership with the Romanian Red Cross and the SAMAS Association, through the “Healthy from an early age” program, aiming to promote healthy eating and physical activity among children and parents in disadvantaged communities.
