As part of our consumer education and information efforts, we also focus on the following topics: • Promoting healthy development • Sustainable choices in the purchasing process. Loyalty campaigns represent a distinct category of initiatives through which we support the education and information of consumers. Loyalty campaigns based on point accumulation can be an effective tool for educating and informing consumers on various sustainability topics, as we provide information about different projects and the causes supported by the associations we collaborate with. In this way, we bring social campaigns and efforts to the forefront while introducing gamification elements that motivate consumers to contribute to these initiatives.
