Sustainable choices in the buying process We encourage sustainable choices through a product portfolio adapted to the real needs of customers and through continuous investments in transparency, quality and technology. In 2024, we continued to develop initiatives that facilitate responsible consumption behavior with a positive impact on communities and the environment. An essential pillar of this direction is the 3RO range, our main program to support local producers. 3RO products contribute to regional economic development and reduce environmental impact through short supply chains. The 2024 promotion campaigns emphasized the importance of investing in the future of local communities, through an integrated approach that included collaborations with brand ambassadors, digital activations and media partnerships. We are constantly improving our private label offerings, adapting them to customer preferences and ensuring their quality through laboratory tests and evaluations, carried out internally and with external institutes. Correct and transparent labelling remains a priority, and our quality and marketing teams ensure that packaging includes relevant information on ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, environmental impact and responsible disposal instructions. In parallel with these initiatives, we have placed sustainability at the heart of all our communications. We believe that it is a transversal dimension, integrated into the entire business strategy, and we want to present it to consumers as a way of life. Thus, we launched a comprehensive campaign under the slogan "What does sustainability mean?", through which we brought this concept and its applicability to the fore in everyday life. The TV campaign focused on two main directions: • presenting the topic in an informative and clear way • highlighting our sustainability performance At the same time, the campaigns carried out under the slogan "Save money, not responsibility" reinforced the message that sustainability is an integral part of our way of operating.
