EXPLANATION OF THE IMPACT Our entire business and all the activities we carry out within our company are based on the governance and management we have designed. Thus, in order for our business to be sustainable, sustainability needs to be included not only in the operations carried out, but also at the highest level of business, in the governance structure and in the management of the company itself. The way in which the company's governance and management are designed and implemented dictates not only the economic performance and development of the business, but also the impact that our company has on the social and environmental factors that surround us. Governance and Sustainable Management HOW WE CONTROL THE IMPACT We have a sustainability strategy and a Sustainability Governance consisting of a Steering Committee, an Alignment Committee and three Operational Committees that oversee the potential social and environmental impact due to our activities.
