EXPLANATION OF THE IMPACT By implementing a sustainable business model, we ensure that we translate our company's values throughout the value chain and contribute to creating a fair business environment for the entire society. By correctly implementing the principle of transparency and by continuing sustainable partnerships and collaborations, we hope to be able to contribute to raising the standard of sustainability in the industry. We implement this model not only to preserve our image, but also due to the fact that a sustainable business model is a basic condition for a harmonious development of the business. Sustainable business model HOW WE CONTROL THE IMPACT In order to reduce the negative impacts and maximize the positive impacts of implementing a sustainable business model, we have maintained the same approach in 2024 based on: • collaborations and partnerships with companies and organizations that share our set of values and principles • implementing the principle of transparency and fairness in all our marketing and communication activities • supporting consumer education on both sustainability and quality of life and health • investments in the development of innovation and digitalization in order to improve the experience of our customers OUR IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE IN FIGURES In 2024, we achieved an important goal by launching an integrated communication campaign focused on sustainability, which is a central element of our new Marketing Strategy. Sustainability has become a priority in our strategy, creating a marketing package focused on this theme. This package aimed to showcase our sustainability achievements, provide information to educate consumers about sustainability, and create links with other areas of the business, such as our local product range. At the same time, in 2024 our sustainability performance was recognized through 19 awards and distinctions granted by renowned organizations. Also this year, within one of our strategic partnerships, we completed together with our partners a research project with an impact on the national business environment.
