Awards and distinctions As in previous years, in 2024 our company was recognized for its environmental, social and economic performance through the following distinctions and awards: 1. Silver The Azores Sustainability & CSR Services This award celebrates our sustainability practices and transparency in the field. 2. Certification Top Employer 2024 We received for the third consecutive year the title of Top Employer 2024 in Romania. The Top Employers Institute is internationally acclaimed for its certification program that distinguishes employers for their human resources practices. This certification confirms our dedication to the development, professional and personal satisfaction of the team, by offering tailored benefits and promoting work-life balance. 3. 3rd place at the REWE Cup 2024 We participated in the 37th edition of the REWE Cup in Hannover, Germany. 4. Sustainability certificate for the partnership with CHEP Romania Through the REWE Romania - CHEP Romania partnership, reuse by renting pallets, we saved 810 trees, reduced the waste generated, but also CO2 emissions. We continue to contribute to the protection of the environment, a responsibility that we all have. 5. Gold at the Circle of Friends gala organized by World Vision Romania, in recognition of the long-standing partnership. 6. At the Gala Developing Sustainable Romania we received the award for the targets achieved under the Zero Hunger Sustainable Development Goal, together with Habitat for Humanity Romania. Together with Habitat for Humanity Romania, we have completed a series of projects aimed at communities in need, and our efforts continue. Only in 2024 did we complete the construction of the BufKids canteen, where 50 children benefiting from the Day Center in Buftea have access to a hot and healthy meal every day.
