We regularly improve our product recipes and their quality by analyzing the results of laboratory tests and sensory evaluations carried out both internally and in collaboration with specialized external institutes, depending on the case. In addition to ensuring product quality, we attach great importance to correct and transparent labeling. The team responsible for developing private labels within the Quality Management department is involved in drafting and approving the necessary specifications, ensuring that all essential information is clearly reflected on the packaging. When developing a label design, we focus on effectively conveying relevant information, such as, for example: the origin of some product ingredients, information on the allergens contained, nutritional and health claims, instructions on the responsible disposal of packaging, and environmental or social impact. Because we aim to offer sustainable products at fair prices, we aim to integrate sustainability into all our operational activities, from the development of the products in our portfolio to the operation of our sites. In this regard, we have made substantial efforts in recent years to develop our sustainability performance and we want to communicate these achievements to all our consumers.
