2024 Sustainability Report

Sustainability we focus our communication activities on transparently presenting our sustainability performance, with a special focus on those actions that support social responsibility, communities and sustainable packaging „We save money, not responsibility” For 2024 we have placed sustainability at the heart of all our communications. Thus, because sustainability is a cross-cutting dimension, integrated into our entire business strategy and all our operations, we sought to present this aspect to consumers as well. For us, sustainability is a way of thinking and is found in all our actions, from supporting the Romanian economy through the 3RO program to reducing carbon emissions through investments in technology and from local producers to community investments. Together, all these things make Romania better and friendlier not only from an environmental point of view, but in relation to its citizens. We want to present sustainability not only as a way of operating for our company, but also as a way of life for consumers. By collaborating with our partners, we have launched a comprehensive campaign under the slogan "What does sustainability mean?", through which we bring to the fore the topic of sustainability and its applicability in all aspects of life. Thus, we focused our TV campaign in two main directions: • Bringing the topic of sustainability to the attention of the public in an informative and clear way • Presenting a selection of our company's sustainability performance During 2024 the marketing strategy aimed to highlight the fact that sustainability is an integrated part of PENNY Romania, and the campaigns carried out under the slogan "We save money, not responsibility", were specifically dedicated to this topic.
