OUR IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE IN FIGURES We continued the risk identification and management processes and identified 48 risks for the reporting year, of which 46 with a probability of occurrence of up to 10%. In order to mitigate these risks, we have defined 107 actions, 61 of which are ongoing actions. In addition, in order to ensure legal compliance, compliance and reduction of certain risks, in 2024 we organized training sessions on legal compliance and compliance topics totaling 44.5 hours for physical sessions, which were attended by 673 PENNY employees, and they completed 1 164 compliance and risk reduction sessions in an online-e-learning format.
