The compliance training curriculum is based on detailed risk analysis that identifies risk topics and functions that are vulnerable depending on their exposure and the specifics of the activity. The courses are centered on the most important compliance topics, namely: ethics, anti-corruption, fair competition, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, GDPR. The sessions can be organized either physically or online, through their own e-learning platform, and some of the topics include a "refresher" format that ensures that knowledge is updated after a certain period of time from the initial course. These trainings not only support compliance at the level of our company, but also contribute to the professional development of our employees, who accumulate valuable information on business practices. In addition, all our employees, regardless of their position, have received communications related to anti-corruption policies and procedures. 100% of the members of the company's governing body have become aware of these policies and have been trained. In addition, to ensure legal compliance, compliance and risk reduction, in 2024 we organized training sessions on legal compliance and compliance topics totaling 44.5 hours for physical sessions, attended by 673 PENNY employees.
