Education and Awareness IMPACT EXPLANATION Integrating sustainability into society requires well-informed customers. Only such customers will be concerned about this issue and include it in their purchasing decision. We focus in particular on children and young people and promote improved access to education, supporting educational institutions and training professional skills. OUR IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE IN FIGURES Wecontinued in2021 the implementationofmediumand long-term education programs, both those implemented in collaborationwithour partners and those administered by PENNY Romania. Through these, we came to support the education of students and young people, offeredmonthly scholarships and collaborated with educational investments in Romania. HOWWE MANAGE THE IMPACT Promotion of education and development of children and young people is one of the goals of our CSR strategy. Thus, we develop new education projects facilitating the early development, the development of new skills by young people who will be able to integrate much easier in employment.
