We start market research to identify your needs. Forums We are discussing the need for groups of product suppliers to understand how we can balance supplies and inventory. On the other hand, we are interested in their need for development. Our interest is to create synergies between businesses for long-term success together. Social media We respond quickly to concerns about common issues and have efficient communication with our stakeholders through a variety of methods. Focus Groups We involve our customers in the process of launching new products and services and take into account the feedback received. Therefore, every year, once the material aspects are revisited, the working teams coordinated by the Sustainability Manager reanalyse the list of stakeholders, to identify potential new categories that are subsequently evaluated using a specific tool by scoring the company's influence and impact on them. The score is always assessed by management considering the high impact influence potential.
