Thus,we ensure proactive methods to identify stakeholder needs. In addition to the ongoing communication, we annually initiate stakeholder involvement as an integrated process in sustainability reporting. For this report,we used threemethods to engage stakeholders. The results of these methods were the basis for the analysis of double materiality. z Online questionnaire addressed to all categories of stakeholders z Internal questionnaire addressed exclusively to employees z One-to-one interviews with representatives of the company holding management positions (head of the department) and middle management (team coordinator) Theone-to-one interviewis anewmethodapplied for the first time this year.Thepurpose of this method is to assess the relevance for business (from the outside-in perspective) for each of the 18 material aspects related to the activity of 2021. Therefore, we wanted to know from our colleagues what topics could influence the business model and economic performance of the company and what opportunities and risks are involved. One-to-one interviews were conducted with eight employees holding management positions in various departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Communication, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Expansion, and Construction. Thereupon, the material topics were evaluated according to their relevance to the company. A list of risks and opportunities has also been identified. This list is a priority for the organization and will be included in risk management and strategic development activities in the near future.
