It all starts with the people and only together we can contribute to the company’s performance. Our ”People First” HR strategy is dedicated to all colleagues and to possible future colleagues. In this respect, we manage Employer Branding campaigns, professional and personal development programs, retention, wellbeing, engagement programs, career, leadership plans. The biggest HR challenge for the retail business is staff turnover. This is also influenced from outside, and here we develop retention programs, we examine and update annually the list of benefits. We want to provide our colleagues with those benefits dedicated not only to them, but also to their families. We want that the people working for PENNY and in our supply chains make progress. We support the causes which are dear to our customers and the communities in which we trade.
