In 2021, we organised workshops dealing with: My Penny Own It Developed following the evaluation of our Human Resources Strategy, this programhas as its main objectives: z employee development and promotion of entrepreneurial culture based on personal contribution. z improving business and innovation in PENNY stores 2 PENNY stores were involved in the project, for which the 2 multifunctional teams, each made up of 16 colleagues, worked together for 12 months. All this time the team members generated and implemented solutions to optimize the activity in the stores. 120 measures have been identified, 83 of them have been tested, and 37 are under development.
