Bookster Program In 2021, we continued the Bookster Program, through which we welcome colleagues who are passionate about reading. This year we kept the same number of 326 unique subscribers, of which 31% borrowed and read more than 10 materials, with an overall average of 9.3 loans/subscription. Corporate games 2021 In order to keep our employees active, every year we take part in Corporate Games, considering that this is a good break from day to day activities. With the help of recreative activities, we encourage learning the improvement of relationships within the company, thus mixing entertainment with the personal development strategy. In total, 60 colleagues took part at the 2021 Summer Corporate Games, and fishing, karting and running were among the favourite sports. The participants obtained gold and silver medals at fishing, running, tennis and karting.
